How to Order from Rock 'N' Roll Bikes

In fact, it's so easy that we don't think you'll need any instructions but here they are, just in case

Payment Options

Rock 'N' Roll Bikes payments are made through secure payment method via PayPal. A PayPal account is required but if you have one already, check out quickly with no need to enter your debit or credit card details.

When paying through PayPal the total order amount will be paid for immediately at checkout when you commit to buy. The items will then be despatched when we process the order as quickly as we can. If items are out of stock we will aim to despatch them as soon as possible after they arrive here. The same applies for any backorders that are created due to out of stock items within a larger order. Any cancelled orders will be refunded as quickly as possible. Any returns will always be charged back to your original payment method.

VAT

Unless you change your destination address all Rock 'N' Roll Bikes prices include VAT at the UK rate of 15% where applicable. Customers in other EU countries may have to pay VAT depending on location. Customers outside of the European Union do not pay any VAT.

What happens if you only have part of my order in stock?

For Priority Delivery, we'll despatch the items we do have in stock by the next working day, at the latest. We'll email or phone you with a revised despatch date for the other items. If you choose our Free Delivery Option, we'll wait up to a week for all the items to arrive, then send your order out.
